Story:

Your goal is to grow these plants to their optimal height for perfect decoration. If it grows beyond a certain height, it will come crashing down. So be careful or use it to your advantage. Spray water on it to increase its height.

Unfortunately, the water hose you have is a peculiar one. It sprays water intermittently, and the quantity is also random. But it does show what the quantity will be for the next turn. Also, it has a housing for a Shrinking liquid which recharges after every 3rd spray. Use it to reduce the height of the plant.
